|Recommended: YesHORRIFIC experience The place has weed smell everywhere- all the halls and even inside the apartment probably comes from the vents . Bugs everywhere, had to request them to spray the place. Nightmare… Had to deal with neighbor threats and noises from fights and things flying everywhere. Was scared for our lives and really worried about getting hurt. Air conditioning and heating Forget it It was not working properly and several requests were made to get it fixed but never a solution. Everything has been documented but management uses a lawyer firm and they send you replies via mail disregarding your concerns and stating that they have not violated anything. However, SC law is clear on the landlord responsibility on assuring the tenants safety and a health environment. I felt the office manager was dismissive and did not want to fix the problem. Offered to move us to a different unit but would not pay for the move. That to me just proves they acknowledge the issue but wanted to

|Recommended: YesParking — Not enough parking for 3000 building. When you’ve worked 12hrs and get home to no parking and have to find parking elsewhere or park on the curb…not good.
